Caronc Investments Limited was incorporated as a wholly owned indigenous company under the companies and allied matters act of 1990 on December 21, 1990.

Since its founding in 1990, Caronc Investments Limited a member of Caronc Group of Companies, has become an innovative office furniture provider offering wide range of products and services on home furniture and interactive business furniture. It is the sole representative of Seating (Pty) Ltd, and Cecil Nurse Business Furniture, (all of South Africa) in Nigeria.  Seating (Pty) Ltd and Cecil Nurse Business Furniture are both members of the Bidvest Group, the leading office solution provider in the world.

Our Board of Directors consists of accomplished professionals who have brought their complimentary skills to bear on the future direction of the company viz:-



Mr. Christopher A. Alabi obtained B.Sc.[Hons.] in Sociology from University of Ibadan in 1971.

He joined Nigerian Explosives and Plastics Company Limited, Lagos where he served in various capacities, rising to the position of Sales Manager before he resigned to join others in promoting the formation of CAKASA [NIGERIA] COMPANY LIMITED.

Mr. Alabi’s vision became actualized when he became the Managing Director of Cakasa, an engineering procurement and construction company with special focus in the Oil and Allied Industries. Up till December 1997, Mr. Alabi was the Managing Director/ vice chairman of this unique indigenous oil servicing company when he voluntarily moved to CASCHE NIGERIA LIMITED, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Cakasa involved in maritime business, as the Chairman/CEO.

Mr. Alabi was on Board of Intercontinental Bank Plc, Wapic Insurance Plc, Intercontinental Capital Markets Ltd: He was also former Chairman, Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited and Vice Chairman, Cakasa [Nigeria] Company Limited.

He is the Chairman Caronc Group of Companies and Ronik International Group of Schools. 



Mrs. Rachel O. Alabi is an educationist. She obtained her Teacher Training Certificate from Baptist Women Teacher Training College, Idi–Aba, Abeokuta. She bagged Montessori Nursery Certificate, London in 1986 and National Certificate of Education at FCE Akoka, Lagos in 1987, Diploma in English Education FCE, Akoka, Lagos in 1985. She has attended courses/ seminars locally and overseas on Total Quality Management, Middle Level Management Development Workshop and Senior Management Development Courses.

She is the Managing Director/CEO of Ronik International Limited, a group of schools providing standard education /training at primary, secondary and tertiary levels. She serves on the Board of various organizations including the Caronc Group.

General Manager

Mr Darius Daderhie Ebeghanre Ayomanor holds an Advance Diploma in Management, from the University of Lagos, as well as a Diploma in Pastoral Studies. He is a seasoned manager in the furniture industry in Nigeria and had been in the furniture business for over three decades. He is respected for his fore-sight, product development and re-engineering.

He is a member of the board of directors of Klusters Nigeria Limited 

Mr Darius Ayomanor is currently the General Manager of Caronc Investments Limited.
